Will I really make progress with your plans?

That depends on YOU. Are you concerned that past programs or courses didn’t deliver the changes you hoped? That is a common complaint. There are 2 reasons that happens.

  1. The course or program was promising outcomes that didn’t fully match what you were looking for. This means you were mentally adjusting everything you were learning and the actions you took in response to the learning - to try to manipulate it to your desired outcomes.

  2. You weren’t all in on taking action yet. This could be because you weren’t all in on the outcomes - or it could be you were exploring and learning what it will take on your part to make the changes needed to get the outcomes.

So the question becomes- ARE YOU READY to STATE what you really want and do the work to get it? I customize everything according to what YOU state you want to accomplish. We even spend time digging deep to define as best as we can - what it REALLY looks like in your dreams. So, our action plans will be customized to you and your goals, and your actions won’t be wasted headed toward different goals.

How do you know what my business is like?

That is a great question! I don’t. That is why I will provide you with some worksheets and assessments at the start, so we both can get a really clear idea of where you are now- what things are working well and what you really hope to change / accomplish. One size really doesn’t fit all, but there are some basics that always hold true, and we will use those to measure overall “health” areas of your business, so we make sure we always improve the “health”. In addition, there are values that are important to you and we always want to honor those as well.

What if I am not ready to do some of the things that are needed?

That is likely why you haven’t done them so far. Often there are multiple ways to get things done, but if there is something about a task that violates a value of yours - then it isn’t the RIGHT thing for you or your business. We need to work together to find a right solution for YOU. On the other hand - if your resistance is because you feel uncomfortable doing it - you can make a choice not to do it - but you won’t get the results it would bring. Sometimes there are alternatives - and we will look at those to see what kind of results they could achieve. Then you get to decide if modifying your goals is what you want to do, to avoid the uncomfortable thing.

“Business success” looks different to different people. Will you push me to meet certain goals or do things a certain way?

If the question is do I have to SELL to make my business successful? Let’s think about that. By any definition you come up with- will your business be successful in YOUR mind if people don’t buy your work? If you can answer YES to that - you have a different kind of business and we need to address it from that perspective. If you could not answer YES - then ‘selling’ is part of what has to happen - or at least people buying your work. How does that happen? It is really interesting - and we get to do some really creative thinking there - because it can actually be a fun give and take with people you totally enjoy. The bottom line is - THEY are looking for something…and You make it! Wohoo! That is a combo that leads to joy on both sides. The best part is you get to use creativity (that you are REALLY good at)- to help them find your work that they are looking for! The rest is easy.

What if I get started and don’t make progress?

The only time this happens is because you are getting in your own way. That is part of what I do- help you get out of your way to allow success to happen. I’ve had people tell me they got their money’s worth out of just the 3 days of PRE-WORK (10 min a day) before a 3 month course started. I’ve had others tell me they learned more in 2 hours with me than in 2 solid weeks with a series of experts! My focus is on what you need, when you need it. That is what makes it so effective.
